Excellent flavors and I love the big pile of cilantro so I could get some in every bite! ”

“ My friend and I went out this morning for breakfast and it was a 10/10 experience great cook and staff. The inside was very aesthetically pleasing. The food came pretty fast for the quality. We couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. I would recommend the very veggie omelette with fruit it was the perfect blend of veggies and egg and it tasted divine. Also the fruit had so much flavor. My friend had the pancakes and said it was the best butter she has ever had. What a great place to sit down and have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. ”
“ THESE are the restaurants we must support. Where to start? Saturday afternoon in May. Fairly quiet inside. Not overly packed with tables. Comfy couch/chairs in one corner (like a local coffee shop), booth in the next corner, front counter for ice cream, scones, coffee, etc. The other end near the bathroom foyer has an upright piano against the wall. Booths down the next wall, and around the corner to high top 4 seaters with a few tables throughout the middle of the floors. The walls host large retro French posters of ski resorts, cocktail scenes, and bistro prints. The hardwood floor adds to the all around comfort of this space. The menu has an amazing variety of items that were a pleasant surprise. From burgers, to paninis, Thai peanut dishes, to pan seared Ahi tuna on risotto. A decent craft beer and wine menu along with limited mixed drinks. Our server was warm and friendly and took the time to answer all of our first timer questions. We decided on the Volcano Chicken and Seared Ahi on Risotto. The Volcano Chicken is listed as 'spicy' on the menu, but I like spicy and would call it mild/medium. It was a wonderful mix of sweet heat and I had to resist licking the plate. The Ahi was a gorgeous piece of tuna perfectly seared rare/medium rare settled on top of an amazingly flavored cheesy risotto. What a dream. My wife rarely eats an entire plate when we're out, but this was an exception. The menu is extensive and it's one of those "I want to come back and try each item on the menu" places. The meal wasn't without some "oops-es" from the kitchen, but the folks on staff went above and beyond to make things right. This is not hyperbole. They ensured we would be return customers and just, WOW. THIS is how you stay in business. Astonishing to find a level of customer service like this today. Is it a perfect place? No. But the welcoming relaxed atmosphere, the service, the food, the prices, the care of the people who own and run it... We're new regulars. Oh, did I mention the Tiramisu Kahlua gelato? They rotate through gelato flavors about every 3 weeks, so if there's one you want, don't wait for next time. The carrot cake will be there, but that particular flavor might be gone. Give it a try. There's something for most everyone here. ”

They were kid friendly and I really appreciated how sweet they were to us/our baby. As someone with food allergies, it was very easy to find something I could eat. Lots of options for different diets. Portion sizes were large and prices were very fair! ”
